19 months

Okay......I'm just over a week late in typing this post! I had a few things I wanted to share that Casen has started doing this month.

The funniest thing that he does is tell you his name and his daddy's name. If you ask him what his name is, he will tell you Asen Coowee (Casen Cooley). Then when you ask his daddy's name, he will say Bet Coowee (Brett Cooley). This is sooooo dang cute.....I finally video taped him tonight saying all of his new saying. If you ask him how old he is, he will hold up one finger and scream, "One!" He loves to count........we have a counting book and he loves to point to the different pictures and count with us. He also loves the Elmo Sing Along books that Mimi got him for Christmas. We have to read one of those every night before going to sleep. Still loves watching "Barney" and is getting great at latching and unlatching the different locks on his latch board! He knows all of the animals that he takes a bath with and a whole lot more. He is getting great at following directions (when he wants to). He takes his dirty clothes to the hamper, puts his shoes away and will go get his shoes, throws trash in the garbage can (presses the petal with his foot to lift the top). He is so funny.....when we are kissing him good night, he will kiss me and when his daddy goes to kiss him, he will point to my lips and say "Mommy" really loud. Telling his daddy to kiss me first! It is the funniest thing! He climbs on EVERYTHING! :)

I'm not bragging on my little man.....I'm writing this for him and me to help us remember when he started doing certain things! :)

Today was the first WRECK Casen has ever been in. A lady slammed right into us in front of Target this morning. Thankfully, my airbag did not deploy and it didn't upset Casen at all.......even though the bump was a hard one! Thank the good Lord we were okay!
