Elmo and Cookie

So, this is my first attempt at making Elmo and Cookie Monster cupcakes. I was pretty excited at the way they turned out. Casen especially seemed to like them. Not so much eating them but looking at them and tearing eyes, noses, and mouths off of them! ha! He kept screaming Elmo, Cookie! For those of you who don't know, we are having a Sesame Street 2nd Birthday Party. Instead of paying $30 a dozen for these cupcakes, I decided I could do them myself! It took me a while but I have decided I will make them the night before his birthday! :) Now, I have to learn to make Big Bird and Oscar!
