Fifth Christmas Stop!
Our fifth Christmas stop was at Brett's Aunt Karen's house.....I forgot to get my camera out. So, I didn't get any pictures of the extended family opening presents. However, I did capture this Kodak moment of Casen with his Great grandma, Mrs. Cooley at the Cooley's Christmas day! He was putting on a show riding her knee like a horsey!
Fourth Christmas Stop!
Christmas fun at the Cooley's.....This was one of our three times to open presents at Brett's parents' house this Christmas! We decided to open presents in shifts this year instead of opening them all at the same time. Being that we added two new members to the crew this year (Casen and Rachel), we knew we would be there a while if we didn't break it up! Thanks for the Christmas presents and great food Mimi and Papa D!
Casen LOVED playing with the bows.....we could have saved some money and just give him the bows had we known he would like them this much! :)
Third Stop for Christmas!
The third stop for Christmas was my Grandmother's house! This year, there were two sweet babies......Kyleigh Marie and Casen James. They had a great time staring and smiling at one another. I forgot to get my camera out while we were opening presents. Casen was asleep anyway and I had to open his presents for him. The pictures are of the babies eating and playing together! Mamaw feeding Kyleigh her famous chicken and dumplings! She loved them!
Second stop for Christmas!
Four Wheeler Fun!
Brett and I offered to keep Darby, Delaney, and Dayton at my grandmother's house since their Mimi was out of commission with the food poisoning. We decided to load them up on the four wheelers and cruise around the countryside! This was Casen's first 4 wheeler ride and he seemed to LOVE it! Dayton and Darby rode with me and Casen and Delaney rode with their Uncle Brett. We had a great time with the kids.......once we got back from four wheeler riding, we baked up a storm for Christmas. The kids helped me with the brownies, chocolate covered, peanut butter Ritz, pretzel candy, and gourmet apples! Soooo much fun!!
First Christmas Stop!
Home again for the holidays! Our first stop this year was Brookhaven, MS. Brett, Casen, and I joined his family at his Aunt Ellen and Uncle Ron's house for some southern fried chicken and good company. Unfortunately, we found out that his mom had to stay home in Ellisville because she was sick with food poison and Austin stayed up stairs at his Aunt's the entire time with the same symptoms his mom had. Both of them seem to believe they got food poisioning from a wedding they attended the day before. I feel sorry for everyone who ate whatever it was that made them sick! Reguardless of the unfortunate events, the feast went on and everyone had a great time. Brett's aunt and uncle's place is beautiful! The following pictures were taken off of the porch of the cabin they built!

Doctor's Office Again!
Well, after a long, long night of Casen waking up ever two hours, and him pulling on his left ear (the right was the one with the infection), I decided to take him back to the doctor to get his ears checked again. Thank goodness I did......his right ear looks okay now, but his left ear has as infection. So, he was given a new antibiodic to take for 10 days. This makes me so mad because he has alreay been on an antiobiodic for 7 days now. Oh well, I guess this is just how doctors do it (start out with the least effective then give the good stuff.) Hopefully, he will get to feeling better soon. He will get all of the hugs and kisses he could possibly need from mama and daddy! :)
"Still smiling even though my ears are killing me!"

"Santa....Here We Come!"
We are on our way to the mall today to get a picture with Santa! I can't wait to see what Casen's reaction will be. For some reason I think he is going to look at Santa like he is a little crazy and then try, with all of his might. to pull his beard off! This is just my prediction! :) I will make sure to post later this afternoon with an update?
Well......we made it to the mall and got the cutest Santa picture ever! Casen did a great job with Santa and had a huge smile on his face. He was so busy looking at the snow men and flirting with the ladies taking the picture!
Once we finished with Santa, we went to Stride Rite and bought Casen his first pair of shoes. He is 5 1/2 months old and wears a 3 1/2. WOW!!! After buying shoes, we meet up with our friend, Lani and had lunch at Chick-fil-a. He was such a good boy! :)

More Christmas Pictures!
Yay.......I got a little smile in the first picture! It usually takes me and Brett taking pictures to catch the smile.
"CHEESE.....I'm waiting on Santa to come down the chiminey!"
"I wonder........ if I justpull a little bit........
YEP......It comes off! Yay!!!"
"Just a Swinging!"
I was playing around with my camera and found this cool new function.....I liked how it just added a little color to the pictures! Brett was not too crazy about it! I think he just prefers all pictures to be taken in color and then we will have the option to turn them black and white later if want. I REALLY like the way these pictures turned out though! :)
"I LOVE my swing! Thanks for hanging it for me daddy!"
All smiles!
Christmas pictures by the tree!
I tried and tried to get a good picture of Casen by the tree and this is what I ended up with. No smiles but definitely captured his cute personality!
"Okay enough......IS ENOUGH!"

Love My BB and Des!
This weekend, my sister (Casen's BB) and niece Destinye came down to hang out and keep Casen while Brett and I attended a Company Christmas dinner. They brought along the little red rocking chair that his Gran got for him. He loves it and as you can see He loves his BB! He loves his Des too, but I didn't get a picture! I'm a BIG boy!
