Visit with Santa!

Casen did great with Santa Claus this year! At first, he was a little hesitant but when Santa asked him what he would like for Christmas, he told him a blue monster truck. Then he jumped up in his lap took a picture with NO TEARS....yay! To top it all off, Santa gave him a candy cane before he left.
Before we went to see Santa, Casen told me that he was going to tell Santa that he wanted a pink monster truck, a kite, and a train table! Ha! I guess he was so enthralled with Santa that he changed the color of the truck to blue and forgot the other two things he wanted! ha!

Doesn't Get any Sweeter!

I must say.....it doesn't get any sweeter than this! I tip toed into Casen room once he fell asleep for a nap and this was the sight I saw. I just couldn't pass up getting a picture of this sweet angel hugging his baby while sleeping on his pillow pet. He had fallen asleep gazing at his Christmas Tree.
PRECIOUS!

HappyThanksgiving!

Casen had an awesom time at Uncle Benji and Aunt Chanelle's house over Thanksgiving. He stayed outside the entire time and even got in a few soccer kicks with Uncle Benji.......
Look at those eyes!
This is my ball....
Mom can't get enough of my eyes!

Exploreum!

Casen, Mary Ashley, and Carter all had a blast together at the Exploreum. We took them to see the kangaroos, but of course they had to be able to play at the dwarf before leaving. This was such a rainy day.....I will never forget running in the rain to get to the Exploreum and passing my little guy off to Hannah so he wouldn't get wet. Of course, Ellen was a few minutes later than me and she got it alot worse than I did! At least the little ones were dry and happy!
Casen playing the Harp!
This Kangaroo looks like he is ready to knock Casen out!
Posing in front of the Christmas Tree!

Sorting and Stringing.....

This little man is so curious.......he is interested in doing any type of activity I put in front of him. Hopefully, after the holidays, I will start having an activity time for him every day because he is like a sponge right now......he just can't get enough!
It is better to scrool to the bottom of this post and read it from there up. I posted the pictures backwards and refused to upload them again because it takes soooo long!
I'm doing it mommy......SEE!
So determined to string those cheerios onto his pipe cleaners. Great fine motor skills!
I promise I didn't eat many mommy! :)
Realized he had a green Apple Jack on the orange card.
Matching Apple Jacks to the correct color card. Casen did an excellent job with this.

Playing around!

Casen just couldn't wait to get his toys dumped out of this bucket so that he and his baby could climb in. Then, to top it all off, he wanted his daddy to carry him around in it! The boy is rotten!!

Things to remember

Casen's little saying we never want to forget:

"Don't look at me!"
"Me do it if my want to!"
"Me do it by meself!"
"Me don't like it!".......talking about my hair in a pony tail.
"Me waked up."
"Me do it again."
"Plleease".......so country!
"Me want to run around naked!"
"Change my diaper!"
"Me hot!"
"Where we go next?"
"Mommy take you!"
"Go dat way."

He loves to do the momma's baby and daddy's boy game. If he is talking to his daddy, he likes to say, "Me mommy's baby!" and if he is talking to me, he likes to say, "Me daddy's boy!"

He has a little blond hair, blue eyed girl that he is partial to at Mother's Day Out. Her name is Sherri Claire and we get to hear about her all of the time. I picked him up a little early the other day and I told him to tell everyone goodbye. So, he said, "Bye bye Miss Tiffany....Bye, bye Mrs. Debra, Bye bye Cherri Claire!" Sherri Claire replied with, "Bye Bye Casen, I love you!" I about hit the floor. It was so funny.....I seriously started thinking about how I could get him moved to another class!ha! I don't need little girls moving in on my little man this early on! :)

I know this is bad but Casen loves diet coke. We of course only let him have a sip of ours ever so often, but I honestly think he would drink it all of the time if we let him. He also loves sweets and Chinese is still his favorite food to eat.

He tells me when to stop and go at traffic lights.

Loves to color and play with play dough.

Loved trucks, trains, tractors, cars, construction equipment, etc.

LOVES being outside!

He loves being on the go....always asking where we are going next.

He is definitely a dare devil.....jumping, climbing, balancing on things, riding fair rides for older kids, etc.
